TestoPlex P 100 from XtLabs is a fast-acting injectable testosterone, packing 100 mg of testosterone propionate per milliliter in a 10 ml vial.

 pure testosterone propionate, which is just one short-chain ester. Its half-life sits around 1 to 1.5 days, so you’ll need to inject it pretty often to keep your levels steady. It’s oil-based and meant for intramuscular shots—delts or glutes work best. Compared to longer esters like TestoPlex E or C 300, you’ll notice less water retention with this one.

Most people use TestoPlex P 100 during cutting or definition cycles to build lean muscle, boost strength, and shed fat. It’s also handy for bridging between longer esters. For contest prep, you can stack it with other XtLabs products like MastaPlex, ParaPlex, or Clembutrex. On the medical side, it’s an option for androgen replacement therapy.

As for dosing, men usually go for 300-700 mg per week, which works out to 3-7 ml split into shots every other day or three times a week (think 100 mg every other day). Beginners should start lighter—200-400 mg a week for 6 to 8 weeks is plenty. Women rarely use it, but if they do, the dose is much lower: 25-50 mg two or three times a week. You’ll need an aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex, and a proper post-cycle therapy (PCT) is a must.

what’s good about it? 
You get a quick kick and fast clearance, which makes it perfect for short cycles or blasts. Gains come in dry, without the usual bloating, and it fits easily into cutting stacks. Plus, it doesn’t suppress your system as much as enanthate does over the long haul.

But it’s not all smooth sailing. You have to inject it a lot—every other day at minimum—and some people find the shots a bit painful. Even though it’s a short ester, it still aromatizes, so you’ll need to keep estrogen in check. And, like with any underground product, quality can be a gamble.

Side effects 
can hit on both the androgenic and estrogenic fronts. Think acne, hair loss, or a spike in aggression. You could see some water retention or gyno, but usually less than with longer esters—Arimidex helps with that. Keep an eye on your blood pressure, cholesterol, and hematocrit. The risk of high blood pressure is milder here, but don’t skip the monitoring.
